SciFi and Fantasy Art: Unexpected Guest

This is where Gandalf has left the mark of the burglar... (looking for work) on Bilbo`s lovely freshly painted  green door, and then some unexpected guests start arriving... and the start to the greatest of all mythical adventure ever written.

Ps. I`m afraid that master Bilbo got hold of the Ent daft, that I had put back...for some rain day . I sware by the Valar, that I had put it under lock and key...ha!

As usually, gorgeous. I love the Hobbit feet and all the details on the roof, the ground, the clothes.cheers Anne, I tryed to illustrate the feet of the hobbit like the hair or fur that a cart- horse might have...rather than somebody toupee stuck on top of his feet ha!..thanks again for dropping in...
